What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager with expertise in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will specialize in inorganic campaigns, leveraging paid media, partnerships, and digital channels to fuel customer acquisition and revenue expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and non-technical content creation to craft impactful marketing materials and optimize performance across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on paid media and inorganic growth channels
- Design and manage campaigns, social media ads, and display advertising to drive customer acquisition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling technical and non-technical content that aligns with business goals
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data to inform decision making
- Identify new growth opportunities and recommend scalable marketing strategies
Qualifications
- MBA from an accredited tier-1 B school with background in Consulting
- Proven experience in growth marketing, with a focus on inorganic campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid media, digital marketing, and performance metrics
- Excellent content creation skills (technical and non-technical)
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
