Overview
The role involves leading the development and execution of our client's communications strategy. This position requires a self-sufficient individual with a deep understanding of effective frameworks, capable of leading client discussions and developing comprehensive communication narratives. Your responsibilities also include cultivating excellent relationships with both the client and the internal creative team, providing clarity, direction, and inspiration. Technical & Product Develop insight-led creative briefs that blend strategic rigor with creative inspiration. Craft effective campaign narratives with the power to change human behavior. Build and present strategy-led presentations that bring big ideas home. Work hand-in-hand with the creative director to develop award-winning work. Collaborate with the client to define business problems, and then provide strategic solutions that align with business goals. Lead workshops and collaborative sessions to foster strategic and creative thinking within client and internal teams. Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency Apply business acumen to develop strategies that align with the agency group's goals. Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and deliver on strategic objectives. Accelerate project outputs through effective frameworks. Stay up-to-date with current trends and be the primary resource for emerging platforms, social media best practices, and new products and tools.
