GroupM Nexus is the world's largest performance engine that integrates paid, owned, and earned to deliver true business outcomes for our clients.Role Summary & ImpactAs a Manager of Account Services, you will be responsible for day-to-day client and account management, internal financial reporting,and team development and oversight. You will create and implement Out-of-Home media recommendations. There will be a heavy emphasis on account and client services, with opportunities to incorporate unique creative executions, production and non-traditional media.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the team is adhering to the planning process, policies and procedures for assigned accounts.
- Ensure all Media Authorization forms are signed and filed.
- Disseminate internal rates to use for leverage and efficiencies.
- Manage and implement approved media plan ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Ensure vendor discrepancies are resolved, and escalate as needed.
- Conduct in-depth negotiations and manage/participate as necessary in the rate negotiation process for direct reports.
- Thorough understanding of clients, business, important facets of clients, industries and sectors.
- Identify and track client issues and resolve/escalate as needed.
- Thorough understanding of client business issues, industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare monthly billings (compare to client budgets as needed), changes in client estimates, and forecasts.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, business administration or communication; OR equivalent professional work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with an advertising organization.
- Keen understanding of media, strategy, integration, and analytics.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, maturity, credibility, confidence, proactiveness, and integrity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Collaborative, with a strong focus on teamwork.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
