Responsibilities
Frontdoor, Inc. is seeking a Paid Search Manager to join the Performance Marketing team and scale the paid search programs. This role will focus on paid search strategy, optimization and overall management of our paid search campaigns across both brands. This is a hands-on role, and the ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail and enjoys a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate, plan, execute and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Apple Search
- Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments to meet business objectives
- Optimize keyword portfolio through testing, bid management and search query analyses
- Develop & implement testing ideas and growth strategies
- Monitor and manage performance and competitive landscape
- Analyze and report core KPIs
- Implement and ensure all tracking and pixels are working as expected
- Ensure alignment with brand standards and legal compliance
Qualifications
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum Experience required: 5+ years of paid search experience managing large scale campaigns & budgets
Required Skills
- Proficient in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising UI & Editor
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel; strong analytical background including data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP
- Track record of strong execution in a results-oriented capacity
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize based on opportunity
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction
- Possess exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to listen, communicate professionally in both written and verbal manner
Compensation and Benefits
This role pays between $73,600 to $110,400 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
