Responsibilities
Frontdoor, Inc. is seeking a Paid Search Associate Manager to join the Performance Marketing team. This role will support the Paid Search Managers with in platform optimization, reporting, analyses and testing across both brands. This is a hands-on role, and the ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail and enjoys a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Apple Search
- Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments to meet business objectives
- Optimize keyword portfolio through testing, bid management and search query analyses
- Monitor and manage performance and competitive landscape
- Analyze and report core KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to develop testing ideas and growth strategies
- Monitor and ensure all tracking and pixels are working as expected
- Confirm alignment with brand standards and legal compliance
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of paid search experience managing large scale campaigns & budgets
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising UI & Editor
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical background including data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize based on opportunity
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
Compensation and Benefits
This role pays between $61,400 to $92,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
