Your Responsibilities
- Direct and co-ordinate client team, ensuring all projects meet strategic and financial goals
- Form strong relationships with clients to understand and deliver on their strategic growth
- Manage daily business involving team management, client coordination, and handling customer expectations
- Set up and continuously optimize PPC campaigns using varied bid management strategies
- Conduct recurring reporting and QBRs
- Draw on professional experience to improve existing processes
- Take responsibility for professional development of team members
Your Profile
- Have client expertise, preferably in a multi-location workplace
- Have relevant experience from an online marketing position, ideally at a retail-focused agency
- Have 5+ years of experience in online marketing
- Have extensive knowledge of Google Ad and Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Possess a hands-on mentality and drive to improve company performance
- Know how to build solid client relationships
- Bring excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Have prior experience developing client budgets and checking KPIs
- Enjoy direct client contact with a clear and appreciative communication style
- Have a highly self-motivated and assertive personality
- Able to work New York hours
- Open to remote work while maintaining east coast hours
