Job Overview
We are hiring a Paid Media Manager-Remote. As a Paid Media Manager, you will play an essential role in helping craft the strategy, activation + execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns across digital channels, including search, display, social, and video. Reporting to the Senior Director of Paid Media, this position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with either a bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant paid digital media experience to further their career in digital marketing.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Lead the implementation of paid search, display, social, and video campaigns, working closely with the team. Participate in conducting research for keywords, ad copy, and target audiences to contribute to campaign success.
- Budget Monitoring: Monitor the budget allocation for paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with ROI and business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the preparation of marketing performance reports, including lead metrics (CPL, LTV) and insights.
- Account Structure and Optimization: Collaborate with team members to provide input and execution on account structure, keywords, audience targeting, and budget optimization efforts.
- Conversion Optimization: Participate in the planning and execution of A/B tests to enhance lead conversions, ROI, and overall campaign performance. Collaborate with other teams to optimize landing pages for SEM campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for campaign enhancements.
- Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing strategies and projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Data Presentation: Work cross-functionally with the Analytics team to present data findings in a clear and concise manner.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and/or a related field or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in digital marketing or paid media.
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing concepts and principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with marketing performance data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, DSPs, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, YouTube and other digital marketing platforms.
- Ad operations/tagging is a plus.
- Experience managing in-house and managing an agency is a plus.
