Digital Media is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to develop complex campaigns across multiple digital platforms, working cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and leadership to drive meaningful results for clients.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll leverage expertise to develop campaigns within Google, Bing, Meta, and other social platforms to achieve desired results, manage advertising budgets, and optimize bid strategies to maximize performance.

Must Have Qualifications

5+ years experience developing successful, measurable integrated paid media programs for multiple clients
Advanced knowledge and expertise of paid social media channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Bing, etc., with emphasis on Google, Bing, and Meta
Demonstrate knowledge of paid advertising across media channels
Stay current on paid advertising changes and propose new format/partnership ideas for clients
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
Ability to generate insights, understand competitive analysis, and conduct market assessments
Track record of delivering client results, raising brand awareness, driving demand, and creating high-impact customer connections
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
