Our client, a leading D2C ecommerce company, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Director of Growth, the Growth Marketing Manager, will develop data-driven strategies to scale our business and set us up for long term success. You'll be responsible for assisting in the management of acquisition marketing strategy, website conversion, testing roadmap, and analytics. How You'll Contribute To Success
- Partner with Director of Growth on acquisition strategy across channels to achieve new customer business targets and drive efficiencies
- Launch, test and refine online and offline channels to drive growth: Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Direct Mail, OOH, Email, Affiliates, Referral and others
- Identify new sources of customer acquisition through emerging platforms, partners, strategies and channels
- Optimize measurement strategies with data team, developing reports and scorecards for key performance metrics to improve customer acquisition effectiveness
- Contribute to the creation of new customer journeys, offer and product mix strategies, corresponding media strategies, on-site experience and measurement frameworks, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Data, Marketing, CRM, Product and Site teams to scale acquisition efforts
- Continuously improve our core acquisition channels through testing (media, creative), and always identify new ideas to optimize CAC
- Analyze existing CRM email marketing and CRO data to find opportunities for improvement across acquisition touchpoints
- Keep updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly informing the team of noteworthy news items and opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 2-37+ years experience in integrated marketing
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key business performance metrics
- Preferably hands-on experience with, if not deep understanding of, Paid Social, Search and Display channels
- Understand omnichannel marketing and sales channels
- Track record of analyzing funnels and conversion rates, and making data-driven decisions
- Experience leveraging marketing automation tools
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets
- A scrappy self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and drive projects to completion
- Have a strong work ethic, love of testing, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Effective communicator with internal teams or external vendors
- Highly analytical. Have the ability to analyze and translate data into actionable plans
- Knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus!
