As a Meta Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising for 15 assigned clients who are 7 and 8-figure marketing agencies and coaches. The core mission is to help online business owners profitably acquire new high-ticket clients and grow their monthly revenue through effective paid advertising.
Responsibilities
- Execute creation, launch, and scaling of marketing sales call funnels
- Build, optimize, and scale media buying campaigns targeting 2X+ Day 1 Cash Collected
- Oversee entire funnel launch process, including idea generation and daily performance monitoring
- Identify unique opportunities through deep understanding of client markets
- Compile and analyze marketing, consumer, and competitive data
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPM, and CTR
- Directly work with clients through daily Slack communication and weekly 1-on-1 meetings
- Provide proactive leadership with clients
- Execute daily and weekly reporting
- Ensure flawless client experience
- Develop strategies to increase profitability and efficiency across client funnels

- Maintain monthly churn rate below 5%
- Generate 5 positive reviews or referrals monthly
- Increase client revenue and profitability
- Decrease cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Develop high-converting sales funnels
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Meta Media Buyer for an agency
- Experience managing at least $5M in total ad spend
- Proven results scaling sales call funnels profitably
- Strong negotiation skills in media buying
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
$126,000 - $151,200 USD per year On Target Earnings
