Role Overview
As Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will be significantly responsible for developing and implementing new customer-oriented performance marketing projects.
You will focus on the customer journey and develop concepts and strategies to optimize it for customer acquisition. At the same time, you are an expert in media buying and master every Business Manager with ease.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conception and implementation of performance marketing projects/strategies for new customer acquisition and owning the corresponding channels
- Control and analyze ongoing campaigns/projects and optimize them based on KPIs in the respective ad accounts
- Develop and manage data-driven tests to optimize the new customer journey
- Work closely with the Ecom and Creative Strategy Team to improve customer journey
- Develop processes and SOPs
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Marketing, Project Management, Information Sciences or Similar
- Min. 3 years professional experience in developing and implementing performance-oriented projects, ideally in an agency or D2C company
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Very good understanding of Performance Marketing and Media Buying
- Team-oriented work style with ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
