What We Need
Corpay is looking to hire a Vice President of Strategy and Growth. This position falls under our Lodging (travel & hospitality) line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA, or Miami, FL. In this role you will play a pivotal part in driving product and revenue growth initiatives within the Lodging division, aiming for double-digit revenue increases annually. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, strong financial management capabilities, and a collaborative mindset. A passion for problem-solving and experience working on high-level growth initiatives will be critical. This individual will report directly to the SVP, FP&A for Lodging, and work closely with senior leadership across the Lodging division and Corpay's other lines of business.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy for the Lodging Division, with a focus on double-digit top-line growth.
- Identifying and prioritizing new market segments and revenue opportunities.
- Leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, including product launches and market entry strategies.
- Collaborating with the Corporate M&A team on acquisitions, including due diligence and post-merger integration efforts.
- Using data analytics and financial modeling to generate business insights and drive decision-making.
- Creating persuasive presentation materials and engaging senior executives, including the CEO and C-suite leaders, to drive growth plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a quantitative discipline, with strong academic performance.
- Previous experience in strategy consulting and leading growth projects.
- Strong project management skills and experience handling multiple projects with limited oversight.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize resource allocation.
- Self-starter with a strategic vision, problem-solving capabilities, and a high level of independence.
- Travel and hospitality industry experience preferred.
