The Gig
As our Paid Media Specialist, you will support the Paid Media Lead with client accounts while being heavily involved in hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, and being challenged to think strategically. This is an excellent role gain omni channel exposure, with the opportunity to become an expert across all paid channels.
You Will
- Help create paid media strategy, own part of client communication, and hit performance goals
- Work with client management team to meet reporting deadlines and aid in relevant discussion
- Own and/or support in campaign research, implementation, analysis, and proactive tactical recommendations; tasks include but are not limited to: Channel/platform expansion, Budget pacing, Report building, Performance analysis on daily, weekly, monthly basis as needed, Keyword research, Ad copy testing, Audience research/building, Strategic recommendations – new budget, new asset, new bid strategy, etc.
- Work with Manager/Director supporting with exploring case study opportunities, which includes: gathering research and developing client case studies to be shared with leadership on a quarterly basis
- Supports in paid media audits
- Takes ownership in training or department deliverable creation for key topics of interest
- Responsible for GMP in platform activations, trafficking, optimization set-up, etc.
- Stay on top of industry trends and available beta programs
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Exposure of Google Marketing Platform (SA360, CM360, DV360)
- Exposure and at least minimal experience with Google Analytics
- Awareness of multiple digital marketing channels and their potential impact on paid media performance (Paid Social, Display & Programmatic, Amazon, Email, Organic Social Media, SEO & Content, Affiliate)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Has created client deliverables autonomously and can think critically to support on more advanced deliverables
- Successfully own paid media campaigns that reach client goals (monthly budgets at $50k, or more)
- Able to work collaboratively and willing to support in the education of clients across paid media channels they are experienced on
- Questions performance and aspects related to paid media campaigns to help analyze data and support in/or drive the development of action plans to solve client challenges
