About This Role
As the LOFT Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and executing a successful organic social media strategy across the brand's social channels that drives awareness, acquisition and engagement. This role is highly collaborative working with Marketing, Creative, Client Contact, PR and Ecommerce teams. This candidate should have deep knowledge and expertise across various areas of social media marketing including, but not limited to, Social Media Strategy & Analytics, Storytelling and Content Creation, Community Management and Customer Care.
The Impact You Can Have
- Develop, plan and execute platform-specific social media strategies that support the brands business goals and marketing objectives.
- Lead day-to-day social media management including but not limited to, social media briefs, weekly content planning, editorial calendar management, reporting, community management, etc.
- Monitor all social channels to stay informed about community sentiment, trends and discussions as well as responding promptly to community inquiries, and customer service concerns, escalating as appropriate, including during non-business hours as necessary
- Support the ideation and creation of Lo-fi content, partnering closely with creative and brand teams to capture, edit and post content.
- Lead creation of weekly, monthly and quarterly social media reports and marketing campaign recaps, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
- Manage the strategy and rollout of all social media sweepstakes.
- Manage the brand's organic social media budget.
- Contribute thoughtful and innovative ideas to team meetings and brainstorms for upcoming campaigns, strategies and events.
- Stay up to date on all social platform innovations and new content types, providing insights and recommendations to the larger team.
You'll Bring To This Role
- 5+ years' relevant experience in social media marketing and customer engagement
- Expert knowledge in Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube etc.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever changing corporate retail environment
- Genuine enjoyment of extensive social interactions/communities with love for customer care
- Availability to monitor and engage with customers on social platforms during non-business hours as needed
- Experience using third party social media management tools such as BazaarVoice, Social Commerce and Sprinklr a plus
- Experience with iPhone photography/videography, editing tools and Lo-fi social content creation a plus
- Love of clothes and fashion
- Highly enthusiastic and eager to learn and make a difference

- The target salary range for this role is: $85,000 - $95,000*
