Position Overview
Interview Kickstart is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Growth Marketing to lead our paid marketing strategies. You will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through PPC, SEM, display advertising, paid social media, and LinkedIn channels. This role requires full-funnel optimization and close collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). A strong emphasis on creative strategy across all paid channels is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across PPC, SEM, display, paid social, and LinkedIn channels.
- Focus on full-funnel optimization, addressing top, mid, and bottom funnel stages to maximize conversions and ROI.
- Leverage LinkedIn for targeted B2B campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Creative Strategy
- Lead the creative strategy for all paid channels, ensuring compelling and effective ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact visuals and messaging tailored to each funnel stage and product category.
Full-Funnel Optimization
- Optimize the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, using data-driven insights to enhance each stage.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with sales, product, operations, and other functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Drive KPI achievement by optimizing the funnel and ensuring cohesive strategies across departments.
KPI Oversight
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance data to refine strategies and achieve category and product-specific goals.
Technology Utilization
- Utilize tools like Open AI, Claude, Other AI tools related to marketing to enhance and optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, Marketing tech and other industry trends and integrate innovative technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years in growth/performance marketing, managing PPC, SEM, display, paid social, and LinkedIn campaigns, preferably in a B2C edtech environment.
- Skills: Expertise in full-funnel optimization, creative strategy development, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization.
- Tools: Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams.
