Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of global growth marketing efforts that drive adoption and GMV growth for Business Account Open loop commerce features.
- Develop audience segmentation, determine growth narratives at personalized level and identify product funnel stage.
- Partner with product teams to identify growth opportunities and enable product optimizations.
- Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to work closely with the data science team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel.
- Continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years in managing large scale campaigns across diversified channels.
- Good experience with a mix of work between hands-on execution and strategy.
- Platform and tool independence - able to thrive using any platform, with deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with growth efforts in global markets.
- Experience in B2B & SMB marketing, video marketing and vertical marketing.
- Experience working in a fast paced, highly ambiguous environment.

Job Information
Compensation Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $86737 - $232000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
