We need a Senior Manager of Paid Media to lead our TikTok advertising efforts, optimize campaign performance, and mentor offshore teams to drive exceptional ROI and audience engagement.
This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

- Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment, particularly on TikTok, adapting to platform-specific nuances.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with teams, including offshore teams, to ensure smooth execution of media strategies.
- Experience managing or collaborating with creative teams, with an understanding of generating creative assets and hooks that resonate with target audiences.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required.

The Senior Manager should establish clear communication channels with the creative team, contributing to the development of engaging ad content. Additionally, they should begin mentoring team members, fostering a sense of accountability and creativity, and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.

In the first 90 days, success entails showcasing measurable results from refined media campaigns, with tangible improvements in ROI and audience engagement. What is the team like?
You will work with the other members of the creator marketing team and be supervised by the Head of Client Success. You will also be mentored by the VP of Creator Strategy and Operations and meet with them occasionally. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
