Your role
We are looking for a data-driven Media & Performance marketing Manager who will lead online digital activities across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, Display, Video on Demand, mobile DTS, etc..).
This role is crucial for driving for our online presence, engaging our target audiences across all stages of the funnel.
The candidate will be responsible of multiple brands across EMEA.
- Management of online media and performance activities across multiple channels (Social, Display, Paid Search, Videocom, Mobile DTS etc.) in adherence with media and performance KPIs target
- Leadership and coordination of supervisor and specialists in the daily channel operations to ensure support to other key stakeholders of the business and brands.
- Maintain relationships across internal departments such as Marketing, Finance, eCommerce, Content, Analytics to make sure the strategic guidelines are set and the KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to set a multichannel strategy and follow up with action points.
- Align with the Senior Manager and Head of Performance about the status of existing projects, main KPIs.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive full-funnel digital media strategy across multiple online channels (Google Ads, Meta, Display, Video on Demand, mobile DTS, etc..)
- Oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns to maximize results driving continuous improvement via testing
- Manage and allocate the digital media budget effectively across channels and campaigns, optimizing spend based on performance insights and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis using analytics tools and measurement frameworks (Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, Data Studio, MMM etc.) providing recommendations for improvement across channels and campaigns.
- Responsible about delivering the target KPIs and coordinate the teamwork accordingly
- Be the point of contact with internal cross functional teams and external vendors
Main requirements:
- Educational Background in Data Management, Media, Statistics or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of experience in driving media and performance campaigns in a competitive, fast-pace environment
- Strong problem solving skills and parallel thinking
- Solid experience with Google Ads, Business Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics.
- Solid experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce
- Fluent in English
