Job Overview

Penske Media Corporation is seeking a Programmatic Account Manager in Los Angeles to join their team. The role involves working closely with programmatic sales teams, advertising clients, and AdTech partners to manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across PMC's media brands.

What You Will Do

Create and manage PMP and PG deals across PMC's 30+ brand portfolio
Own campaign performance and upsell opportunities
Troubleshoot delivery issues
Oversee campaign set-up and performance against client objectives
Serve as the main point of contact for client-related items
Troubleshoot issues with pre-production and live PG/PMPs
Manage accounts from advertisers, DSP's, trading desks, ATD's, and agencies
Identify opportunities to work more efficiently internally and externally
Own special projects and initiatives assigned by leadership

Your Skills And Background

2+ years in digital media, client services, or programmatic experience
Knowledge of programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP platforms, ad servers, ad tags)
Experience in programmatic deal troubleshooting
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
Passion for mobile advertising with knowledge of emerging trends
Excellent data, analytic, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

Work Arrangement

Employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely, focusing on team collaboration and culture.

Compensation

Typical wage range: $70k - $80k + annual bonus, with potential variations based on skills and experience.
