Role Impact
As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you'll lead the revenue expansion within our existing client portfolio.
This role combines strategic account management with data-driven decision-making to maximize client value and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Development (40%)
- Design and execute data-driven strategies to expand revenue within key accounts
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop account-specific growth plans focusing on credit package optimization
- Lead proactive retention strategies to maintain and grow client relationships
Client Success & Engagement (30%)
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at partner/director level
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients' knowledge acquisition needs
- Drive adoption and usage of Arches' services across client organizations
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless project delivery
Team Leadership & Analytics (30%)
- Lead a team of associates in analyzing client usage patterns and growth opportunities
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators for account growth
- Develop and execute targeted reactivation campaigns
- Create data-driven presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
Your Profile
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategic account management, preferably in consulting, market research, or expert networks
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellence in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
- Team leadership experience with demonstrated success in driving results

- Experience with expert networks or consulting services
- Familiarity with the Asia Pacific market
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Track record of implementing successful retention strategies
