Role
Ecommerce Digital & Media Manager help to ensure that all digital and media activity is leveraged and contributes to the Ecommerce sales activities by managing interactive digital and media campaigns and EC platforms.
Accountability
- Manage all Ecommerce Digital infrastructure & platforms.
- Lead the strategic planning and optimization of all Paid Media (on-platform/ off-platform), conceptualize and plan all EC Digital & Media campaigns.
- Responsible for implementing all E-commerce Digital and social media activities.
- Manages all digital & media Paid activities to ensure smooth running of the E-Store and multi-brand marketplace.
- Work with brand team to provide input on all communication channels be it voice, email, website, social media & E-commerce platform (such as product listings, images, campaigns, orders, etc), maximize all Paid Media belongs to Marketing activities.
- Builds relationships and effectively influence key stakeholders to shape EC digital & media strategic decisions and projects and ultimately improve customer engagement and sales conversion.
- Analyses monthly reports of EC Digital & Media performance, investigate issues when appropriate and works closely with cross-functional internal teams to provide solutions and drive growth.
- Provides creative directions for online promotions and campaigns.
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in E-commerce industry, related to FMCG products in eCommerce industry, must have proven experience in Digital & Media field.
- Good understanding, sensitivity towards key trends in the online industry.
- Understanding of digital and media knowledge and activities
- Degree in Economics or equivalent
- Communication skills
- Creativity and innovation
- Good command of English
