Job Responsibilities
This role will act as key member in managing and executing Growth marketing activities of Money Transfer.
What You Will Do
- Manage the development and planning/execution of the growth marketing strategy for winning market share and increasing adoption of Zalopay's Money Transfer Product line
- Manage and coach team members to become a high-performing team
- Leverage and optimize various initiatives of the marketing growth activities, including product selection strategy, promotion and other incentive design
- Evaluate market conditions on a regular basis to identify emerging trends, to provide learning to support the continuous optimization of incentives and campaigns
- Own the relationship with the Business Owner and other functions team to execute the overarching growth strategy
- Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives
- Perform data monitoring and analysis daily / weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights

Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning integrated marketing strategies and executing campaigns, with at least 2 years in a similar Lead role
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration
- Customer obsessed. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users and partner’s problems
- Self-motivated, and willing to take on and overcome ambiguous challenges
- Finger-tipsiness with data. Know how to leverage this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to create partnerships with function team
- Thrives in a startup environment: loves dealing with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources
- Experience working in Tech firms (fintech / e-wallet, e-commerce, ride-hailing, etc.) or financial institutions (banking, asset management, consumer finance, etc.)
