A Day In The Life
The Paid Social Specialist position at Power Digital is filled with a diverse array of responsibilities focused on tactical communication, performance marketing, and data-driven strategy execution. Starting with proactive internal communication, specialists engage with their teams to discuss performance metrics, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations, ensuring alignment and collaboration across projects. Externally, specialists autonomously communicate with clients, providing updates, and recommendations to drive performance results across paid social channels
Responsibilities
- Effectively own tactical communication internally and externally for clients and client teams
- Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items
- Autonomous external communication with client for performance, tactical items, updates, and recommendations via email, calls, and/or Slack (as applicable)
- Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social native platforms
- Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and others as applicable
- Executes campaign builds A-Z with redundancy across channels
- Active execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals
- Strong marketing and business strategy acumen
- Complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social
- Full understanding of eCommerce model and basic lead gen strategies
- Complete understanding of paid social KPIs
- Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication
Role Requirements
- 1-2 years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plus
- 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus
- 1+ years experience with Facebook Ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc)
- 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts
- 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus
- 1 year experience client-facing and handling communications
- Excellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features. Excellent data analytics skills
Primary KPI's
- Managing and/or supporting a full workload indicated by one or more of the following: $26k MRR or 6-8 clients
- Below 10% client churn rate
