Why this role exists
We are seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to streamline our client communication, lead generation, and social media presence. This role is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with members while expanding our digital footprint. The position will help organize and improve our current systems while managing day-to-day communication and content creation.
The Impact you’ll make
Lead Management & Appointment Setting
- Connect with leads and set appointments using Spark Memberships CRM
- Follow the provided scripts for consistent communication
- Make follow-up calls to members who miss classes (DNS calls)
- Schedule and confirm in-person meetings
- Manage and track appointment success rates
Content Creation & Social Media
- Design engaging content using Canva
- Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Track engagement and reach metrics
- Develop content calendars
Systems & Process Management
- Work within Microsoft 365 suite
- Create and maintain staff checklists
- Develop workflows using SystemHUB
- Document processes and procedures
- Organize and maintain digital files
Email & Communication Management
- Handle inbox management and organization
- Respond to member inquiries
- Send appointment confirmations
- Coordinate internal team communications
- Maintain professional communication standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- 2+ years experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or sales coordination
- 1+ years experience in social media management and content creation
- 1+ years experience with CRM systems (Spark Memberships preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
- Demonstrated experience in process documentation and system organization
- Experience with Canva and content design tools
WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...
Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- 40 hours per week
Compensation:
- $5 per hour
