Job Description
The Growth Marketing team is seeking a creative and data-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to join its dynamic team. The Demand Generation Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of high-performing demand generation campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams to generate new leads and enhance product adoption. They will assist in the planning and execution of paid media campaigns, organic search and social campaigns, nurture journeys and email automation, and analyzing performance analytics. We are looking for a strong individual contributor to apply creativity and innovation to our growth marketing organization.
What you do
- You will support the development of high-performing demand generation campaigns (email, PPC, display, landing pages) in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, and Sales to generate new leads and enhance product adoption.
- You will participate in the planning and execution of paid digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media advertising — including the collaboration with internal team members and external agencies and vendors.
- You will analyze and report on past campaign performance, translating insights into strategic optimizations to improve conversion funnel.
- You will execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- You will collaborate with the marketing team to maintain marketing automation best practices, including list management, email deliverability, optimization, and data quality and hygiene.
- You will work with internal teams to drive the performance of demand generation campaigns.
- You are passionate about building, automating, and improving customer cross-sell and upsell campaigns to drive adoption of additional product features and offerings.
- You will develop a deep understanding of the Altrata brand message and client use-cases for all our products.
Who You Are
- 2-5 years of experience as a demand generation specialist ideally at a SaaS company.
- Strong skills in managing paid media campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, including being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience with Pardot strongly preferred.
- Experience in various email automation tools (e.g. Intercom, Mailchimp, Marketo, Outreach, etc).
- Experience with creating and managing email campaigns and email audience segmentation.
- Preferred experience in various data analytics reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc).
