Imagine managing day-to-day campaigns for top clients like ASICS and helping bring creative ideas to life on a global scale. As a Junior Paid Media Account Executive Intern, you’ll dive deep into campaign management, interact directly with clients, and collaborate with talented colleagues who will support you every step of the way—whether you're working online or offline.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Supports Account Managers and Executives on day-to-day outputs
- Coordination and alignment with teams on project on through the campaign planning cycle. Including status, planning campaigns, coordination with activation teams and reporting cycle.
- Focus on data governance, reporting and daily delivery
- Supporting with Finance tasks and ensuring POs are in order
- Developing relationship with media owners & agency partners
- Daily support for activation and buying teams
QualificationsQualifications:
- Strong Organizational and Coordination Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and align with cross-functional teams throughout the campaign planning and reporting cycles.
- Analytical and Data Management Skills: Proficiency in handling data governance, reporting, and ensuring accuracy in daily outputs.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring compliance with financial requirements and data reporting
- Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with media owners, agency partners, and internal teams.
