About Demand Generation
Demand Generation offers innovative solutions that enable CMG to execute with agility, drive closed-looped marketing, and achieve operational excellence; optimizes data, tools, people, and process.
- Partners with various CMG channels to deliver data-driven insights in the form of dashboards/reports, which help make informed decisions
- Provides end-to-end support around database management, reporting, and maintenance activities
- Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and reporting
Work you will do
Your responsibilities and role demand:
- Develop and executes campaigns for account/contact based marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing and understand the campaign objectives
- Perform analytics on the campaigns to help demonstrate success to include segmentation and targeting as scoped on a project basis
- Must be able to define KPIs, create reports, and analyze campaign performance. Also, should be able to create recommendations to continuously improve campaign
- Should be proficient with managing marketing automation processes and proactively research and implement latest best practices and strategies
- Should be able to perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to boost productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI
- Define and implement new marketing automation methodologies that will maximize efficiency
- Define metrics; measure, track, analyze and regularly report on the effectiveness of overall campaign performance
Skills & Experience required:
- 3+ years' experience in the technology aspects of Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, B2B demand generation, and Sales Enablement
- Hands on experience in creation of medium to complex campaigns
- Expertise in creation of Assets like segments, shared lists, shared filters & email templates
- Knowledge on HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Creation of insights reports and scheduling them to provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Understanding of marketing, sales, customer/client experience domains and best practices would be helpful.
Mandatory:
- 3+ years of experience in years of experience in the technology industry, spread across technical and functional roles
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Eloqua or similar marketing automation tools
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
In addition, successful candidates will also have the following preferred skills:
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
