We seek a Head of Growth to manage lead generation and create and execute campaigns to support sales opportunities.
📍 Work location - hybrid from Israel
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and drive demand generation efforts, including webinars, websites, sponsored programs, email campaigns, and other digital marketing programs.
- Ownership of Paid Media Agency relationship.
- Ownership of achieving Automat-it lead gen targets according to business goals.
- Maintain budget in collaboration with global and regional teams.
- Own and execute ABM strategy.
- Own global digital acquisition strategy and advise on regional acquisition approaches.
- Report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights into campaign performance to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in fast-paced tech companies.
- Experience in owning the Growth activities e2e in a company.
- Strong background in B2B digital marketing through a paid channel.
- Proven experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience managing agency relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work self-sufficiently and excel in a high-paced, continuously changing environment.
- Have a solid systematic approach to planning and executing cross-company projects.
- Robust analytic and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- “Can do” attitude, team player, fast learner.
