What You’ll Do:
- Product-Led Growth Strategy: Optimize user acquisition, onboarding, retention, and engagement using creative and data-driven approaches.
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities, leveraging A/B test results and user insights to refine strategies.
- In-Product Communication & Campaigns: Design and manage email flows, in-app messaging, and banners to enhance onboarding, announce features, and drive user engagement.
- Maintain a feature gallery within the product to effectively showcase updates.
- Content & Education: Develop and edit product marketing content, including blogs, videos, newsletters, and presentations.
- Create educational materials to help users unlock the full potential of Aligned’s features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, R&D, Design, Content, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless user journey.
- Collaborate on product-led marketing initiatives that increase market awareness and retention.
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Build A/B testing infrastructure and optimize onboarding flows, communication strategies, and campaigns based on results.
- Analyze data to improve the user experience and inform strategic decisions.
- Competitor & Market Research: Monitor competitors to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends that inform product and marketing strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to Product Managers to guide roadmap development.
- User Advocacy: Champion the voice of the user, ensuring their needs and pain points are reflected in product messaging and experience.
- Hands-On Execution: Contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, driving measurable growth outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or growth management in a B2B SaaS or B2B2C environment.
- Native English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (must).
- 3+ years of experience in product strategy, research, and insights roles.
- Proven expertise in positioning, messaging, and creating high-quality marketing collateral across various channels.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into concise, value-driven language.
- Skilled in collaborating with designers and writers to execute creative visions.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Data-driven and goal-oriented, with experience in A/B testing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work hands-on with data and present actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
