As a Senior Marketer on the Demand Generation Campaign Activation team, you will partner with Campaign Planners and stakeholders across the wider marketing organization to activate, optimize and measure marketing programs to fuel growth in Thomson Reuters. You will coordinate and be accountable for a wide range of essential activities necessary to execute and optimize multi-channel initiatives, while keeping Thomson Reuters customers front and center.
About The Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Marketer, Campaign Activation - Demand Generation you will:
- Collaborate with campaign planning and marketing strategy to build and execute tactical strategies that support campaign plans, generating demand to meet lead and revenue targets.
- Standardize and enhance data for effective lead flow and management, ensuring accurate and prompt routing of leads across different segments in collaboration with partners.
- Manage fulfillment of rewards and customer incentive programs, ensuring timely deliverables, inventory management, reporting, and process consistency.
- Analyze performance of integrated channel initiatives (e.g., digital, social, email, events) to improve tactics, develop best practice documentation.
- Create and automate reports and scorecards from different sources to produce insightful key metrics that drive optimizations of current processes.
- Serve as project manager for campaign deliverables, ensuring execution aligns with strategic goals and timelines, and creatively problem-solve to ensure smooth program execution.
- Understand and align tactics with the customer journey to create seamless experiences, attracting and nurturing leads while accelerating opportunities for Sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate campaign performance, document best practices for playbook development, and meet/improve performance benchmarks.
About You
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
- BA or BS degree in marketing, industrial engineering marketing oriented or related field with marketing data analytic experience.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing activation, channel implementation and optimization.
- Good understanding of modern demand generation technologies and systems.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel is a MUST.
- Experience in Eloqua, SalesForce, 6Sense, Workfront, Snowflake, AI mkt tools and Anaplan a plus!
- Strong project management skills; outstanding communicator.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization.
- Passion for accurate follow-through of program details (while still maintaining team speed).
- Team player with a growth mindset and track record of proactively helping teams achieve objectives.
