The Job
WBD is looking for a meticulous and analytical Digital and Traditional Media Analyst to manage our billing and invoicing processes, trafficking campaign and support ad operations, and reporting.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in digital and traditional advertising operations, and the ability to ensure accurate billing and invoicing while providing insightful reports on media campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for billing and invoice reconciliations.
- In charge of maintaining a timely and accurate PO process to ensure media vendors and partners are enabled to execute our media campaigns without delays or administrative issues.
- Support campaign implementation and ad operations.
- Overseeing the entire billing and invoicing process for online and offline media campaigns.
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Reconcile discrepancies between planned and actual spending, resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintaining detailed records of all financial transactions related to media campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the billing, invoicing, and ad operations processes.
- Managing trafficking of digital ad campaigns across platforms, maintaining updated all assets planning and post-buy files.
- Working closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure all assets are correctly implemented and working well.
- Troubleshooting any issues related to ad delivery, ensuring minimal disruption for campaign performance.
- Using data visualization tools to create easy-to-understand dashboards for stakeholders.
Essentials
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in media analysis, ad operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and ad trafficking processes.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel and data visualization software.
- Proven experience using any of the following advertising management tools such as: Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Ibope, Comscore, etc.
- Experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns and tracking results.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for growth marketing campaigns.
- English required.
- Experience with billing and invoicing processes in a media context.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
