About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Social Media Coordinator to lead the organization’s social media strategy. The role entails enhancing online visibility, engaging effectively with the target audience, and driving traffic to our digital platforms. Key responsibilities include managing content creation, scheduling posts, interacting with the audience, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies for various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to drive informed decision-making.
- Creation & Management: Plan and produce engaging and platform-specific content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality multimedia content.
- Utilize social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later to schedule and organize posts efficiently.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive community relationships.
- Encourage community growth by initiating meaningful conversations and building strong connections with followers.
- Campaign Management: Strategize, plan, and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure social media initiatives align seamlessly with broader marketing campaigns.
- Platform-Specific Optimization: Tailor content to maximize performance on each platform, leveraging features like Instagram Reels, Stories, and LinkedIn Articles.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for all relevant platforms.
- Propose innovative ideas and strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and basic graphic design is advantageous.
