Job Role
As a Digital Marketing Associate / Team lead, you will be a key part of Paytm Central User Growth team and will help drive the customer acquisition and retention through different digital marketing channels (Majorly focused on Google Ads & Meta).
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Launching, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per transaction (CPT) across different segments to optimize the campaign performance.
- Data Analysis: Utilizing different attribution tools, ad platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) to pro-actively identify the trends, patterns, and insights from the existing campaigns and suggest new opportunities.
- A/B Testing: Regularly conduct experiments to test different ad variations, targeting strategies, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as design, Category growth teams and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience on Google Ads and Meta Ads performance campaigns.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
- Up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital ecosystem & willingness to explore the uncharted territories.
- Should have the necessary skills & comfort in writing copies/scripts for different marketing campaigns and share detailed briefs with the creative team.
- Previous experience in app attribution tools like Appsflyer, Branch etc.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Candidates from startup background will be preferred.
- Exposure to any analytical tool (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
