Mercedes is looking for a person to join her team at Performante. This team manages paid campaigns on digital advertising platforms in EMEA, NA and LATAM markets.
Role Responsibilities
What is this role all about? You'll collaborate with Account Managers to craft compelling offers and cost estimates for our clients.
- You'll take charge of executing campaigns on a global scale.
- Craft media plans, set budgets, and develop effective tactics.
- Manage campaign activities and closely monitor performance.
- Propose strategic optimizations and create comprehensive reports.
- Reports will showcase results achieved and include insightful explanations and recommendations to drive further enhancements for our clients.
Required Skills
What skills are needed to successfully perform this job?
- Demonstrated expertise in managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, X and TikTok.
- Tools proficiency: great knowledge and skills in using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio; knowledge of Merchant Center is a plus.
- Skills in keyword research, mastering metrics like CPA, CPL, ROI, CR, and other key KPIs, adeptly working with audience targeting.
- Keen understanding of conversion tracking and optimization.
- Knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage, but it's not a must-have.
- Ability to design multichannel strategies and tactics across the marketing funnel.
- Skills in presenting performance metrics and aligning them with KPIs for internal and client use.
- Analytical proficiency and ability to spot patterns, draw conclusions, and extract actionable insights from data and build optimizations and recommendations based on that.
- Eagerness to learn and develop, combined with proactivity and drive to solve problems.
- Sense of ownership and accountability and caring about high standards and quality of your work.
- Very good communication skills as you will be working with various stakeholders internally and with clients directly.
- Languages: fluent English is a must.
