Job Description
As a Performance Media Specialist, you will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by driving sales growth through different digital channels. You will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Key responsibilities:
- Operational day-to-day work within performance channels
- Report and follow up on digital media tests e.g. geo lift, A/B test etc.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders and contribute with performance media expertise in developing and optimizing the commercial plan.
- Support Performance Media Lead in adapting global digital strategies.
- Understand and utilize Marketing Mix Modelling data to analyze performance channels.
- Participate and contribute with expertise in regional project teams connected to key campaigns.
- Conduct and present post campaign analysis to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Performance Media Lead in the yearly/quarterly budget processes and ad hoc budget estimates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tech to ensure we are adapting to changes in the ever-changing digital advertising landscape.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Review meetings with Local Media Agencies and regional performance agency.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role as Performance Media Specialist, we believe you are an analytical and strategic profile, who possesses the skills to take data into action. The role requires strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, including key performance indicators like click-through rates and conversion rates. Proficiency in tools such as GA is essential for making data-driven decisions and optimizing media campaigns.
What you need to succeed:
- At least 3 years of working experience in above areas.
- Great leadership and business judgment skills, preferably from an international environment.
- Experience from media agency is beneficial.
- Extensive knowledge in several performance channels operations and algorithms (SEM, Social, Affiliate, Display).
- Understanding of various attribution models and to be proficient in Google Analytics.
- Broad digital marketing knowledge and a strategic thinker that understand the total view for growing brands and engaging customers.
- Ability to work within complex cross-functional structure that includes internal, global and external stakeholders.
- Operative performance channels experience and knowledge of ad platforms tools and systems.
- Have experience from setting and managing large media budgets.
- High analytical ability.
- Structured, organized and efficient approach.
- Education in marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications is beneficial.
- High level of English language, both spoken and written.

This is a full-time role, located in Warsaw, Poland. The Performance Media Specialist role is a part of the Customer Activation & Marketing Department and reports to the Performance Media Lead.
