Our client is seeking a UA/Growth Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in acquiring traffic from various sources, with the ability to identify the most optimal channels for them.
Key Responsibilities
- Running a high volume of marketing experiments.
- Calculating return on investment (ROI) periods.
- Quickly assessing the profitability of launched campaigns.
- Scaling successful campaigns based on budget and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in user acquisition for B2C mobile.
- Ability to manage traffic across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing campaign performance and ROI.
- Experience in budget scaling for successful campaigns.
- Knowledge of English at B2 level or higher and fluent Russian.
- Must be willing to work from an office in Warsaw.
