Job Overview
We're looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist to come on board and help us ramp up digital marketing in more than 15 markets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of PPC/Paid Social experience
- Strong experience marketing mobile apps
- Ability to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Able to commute to Aldgate, London at least twice a week for London based hire, otherwise fully remote
- French or Arabic language skills would be a bonus
- Strong understanding and previous experience using SQL
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google/Apple Ads (UAC campaigns a plus)
- Good understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and how tracking works - both web and mobile
- Good project management and communication skills
- Eager to learn and bring passion and expertise
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap and Apple Search Ads
- Creating a global paid strategy
- Running an experiment roadmap to help understand what works best
- Using AI/ML tools to oversee campaign and budget management
- Working on systematic experimentation framework
