Job Overview
The primary focus of this job is commercial processing, requiring technical understanding to assess product functionality and customer requirements.
Our location in Rodgau has been part of the Schweiger Group since 2018, operating largely independently with its own warehouse, processing, and sales. Customers benefit from the expanded product and service spectrum.
Most of our customers are from Germany, but international business is growing significantly. Good English skills are therefore mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Order processing in ERP system
- Close communication with customers
- Quote creation
- Merchandise purchasing
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Delivery date tracking and communication with suppliers
- Complaint processing
Qualifications
- Commercial vocational training preferred
- Professional experience in administrative roles or quick learning ability
- Competent and confident telephone manner
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very good English skills (spoken and written)
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and commitment
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Quick comprehension and commercial thinking
- Independent and reliable work style
- Friendly and open-minded team player
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Ability to develop Google Ads campaigns
- Support strategic platform development and sales/operations tasks
