Customer Base
- Majority of customers are from Germany
- International business is growing significantly
- Good English skills are mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial and technical preparation of offers
- Commercial accounting and invoice review
- Complete customer order processing and project-related order entry
- Merchandise purchasing and inventory monitoring
- Complaint processing
- Customer and supplier point of contact
Qualifications
- Completed electrical technical training (e.g. Electrician, Technician, or Electrical Master)
- Commercial training with technical wholesale background
- Experience in disposition and technical order processing
- Technical and comprehensive offer preparation
- Technical product consulting
- Quick comprehension and commercial thinking
- Independent and reliable work style
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and commitment
- Friendly and open-minded team player
- Strong communication skills in German and English (verbal and written)
- Ability to develop Google Ads campaigns
- Support strategic platform development and sales/operations tasks
