Role Requirements
- 8+ years of performance marketing experience, especially in startup or consumer settings
- Direct experience architecting metric-led Paid and Performance Marketing strategies
- Core understanding of mobile app user acquisition
- Experience in SEO and ASO strategy optimization
- Proven leadership experience with ability to mentor and motivate senior team members
- Experience with international app products
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Marketing Analytics tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile startup environment
Key Responsibilities
- Promote culture of rapid experimentation and growth innovation
- Lead User Acquisition, SEO, ASO, and Digital efforts across global markets
- Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product leaders on budgeting and strategy
- Improve tracking, measurement, and reporting systems
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Required Experience
- 8+ Years in performance marketing roles focused on mobile acquisition
- Strong leadership skills with track record of team mentoring
- Deep understanding of mobile app marketing tools and strategies
- Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP)
- Proven ability to manage 8-figure budgets
- Strong experience in experiment design and prioritization
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
- Experience leading marketing through high-growth stage
