What You’ll Do
Join our Operations team as a Programmatic Trader, where you'll play a key role in optimizing revenue, costs, and margins while driving data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance. Please note - We have a hybrid work model with the expectation of 3 days minimum in the local office to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.
Each Day Can Be Different Here At Nexxen, But Some Of The Things You Can Expect To Be Doing Daily Are
- Analyze revenue, costs, and margins based on historical data, sales projections, and market trends to inform pricing decisions.
- Work closely with Sales and Pricing teams to design creative solutions for direct and programmatic campaigns.
- Identify inventory trends and demand insights to guide procurement strategies.
- Drive full-cycle testing, analysis, and implementation of inventory products.
- Develop a general understanding of technical requirements for Real-Time Bidding (RTB) specifications to ensure compliance with products sold.
- Provide and monitor reporting regularly to ensure pacing to revenue, client KPIs, and margin goals.
- Collaborate internally to investigate verification reports, identify supply opportunities, and work with the Product team to improve the Nexxen DSP workflow and features.
- Contribute to developing best practices for the Trading & Pricing team (e.g., margin management and inventory monetization).
What You’ll Bring
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI visualization tools is a plus.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across departments.
- Working knowledge of advertising technology is a must.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $65,000 - 85,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
