Responsibilities
- Employ and continually define the state-of-the-art techniques in the online marketing industry through deep understanding of digital technologies.
- Possess a passion for using data to inform creative problem solving.
- Utilize excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and translate those needs into campaign objectives.
- Master media and buying-related technologies, including DSP’s, DMP, third-party ad servers and manual exchanges.
- Understand client performance objectives and develop successful segmentation and optimization strategies to exceed client expectations.
- Independently drive highly analytical and quantitatively driven techniques to continually exceed client performance expectations, allowing PHD to increase share of budgets.
- Set campaign strategies, e.g., targeting, bidding, platforms, data usage, ideas, downstream client funnel optimization.
- Communicate and liaise with our partners (technology, media, and data) to oversee the launch and ongoing execution of the campaigns.
- Able to make compelling arguments based on data and results for more client data access.
- Management of performance team of client communications.
- Evaluate reporting and user data to identify and capitalize on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Increase PHD revenue and market share through new client development and upsell of existing clients.
- Develop at minimum 2 best practices per year leading to incremental profit growth.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience, with recent managerial experience in performance or direct-response online advertising and managing client campaigns with proven track record of client success.
- Experience managing online Programmatic Channels: Display, Video, CTV, DOOh, Audio and Mobile Paid Search and Social are a plus.
- Experience optimizing Display marketing campaigns across DSP, DMP, and Ad Serving platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative-intensive analytical discipline including: Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance.
- Advanced Excel/spreadsheet capabilities, Macro/VBA experience a plus.
Compensation Range
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range: $50,000—$90,000 USD
Work Environment
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office.
The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely.
Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
Please note that the number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
