At Digitas, our Strategy team is a dynamic group of experts specialising in Experience, Research, Business Transformation, and Integrated Communications. We are looking for an Experience Strategy Director to shape the strategic experience priorities for a large global healthcare organisation.
Responsibilities- Identify and define customer experience challenges, considering both macro trends and internal business context.
- Create and present inspiring insights on audiences, competitors, and market trends.
- Develop a clear, strategic vision linked to overall business goals, validated by KPIs and OKRs.
- Lead the creation of strategies focused on business value, consumer needs, and operating models.
- Plan, deliver, and follow up on stakeholder/client interviews, workshops, and sessions.
- Develop project plans and product roadmaps, identifying opportunities based on research and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, creative, strategy, data, delivery, and account).
Qualifications- Holistic mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for business and digital topics.
- Experience in developing consumer-facing propositions and experience maps/journeys.
- Familiarity with marketing processes and terminology.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and collaborate with various stakeholders.
