OverviewPublicis Media is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Associate Data Strategist/Scientist to join our dynamic team. As an Senior Associate, you will work closely with internal and external teams to analyze data, provide valuable insights, and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and learning in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external team to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Troubleshoot and address teams’ operational challenges, ensuring proper functionality and accurate results with focus on media-specific processes and methodologies.
- Utilize programming skills to extract, transform, and troubleshoot to support data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Contribute to developing and enhancing data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise to improve processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data science, identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested based on the team's and business's needs.
Qualifications- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience or equivalent education in
- Excel for data manipulation and visualization
- Python for advanced analytics and scripting
- SQL for database querying
- Familiarity with BI tools, such as Tableau and PowerBI.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
- Demonstrated experience working with teams in a professional setting, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline), or completion of a reputable data analysis or programming boot camp.
- Experience in Media Industry, including a understanding of agency, media trends, metrics, and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
