What We're Looking For
Our client, a European marketing agency specializing in D2C e-commerce advertising, is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to help manage digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
You will work closely with the Campaign Manager to implement, optimize, and report on campaigns, ensuring performance targets and budget allocations are met.
Responsibilities
- Set up, optimize, and report on campaigns across relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals
- Monitor pacing and delivery metrics to keep campaigns within budget
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining a consistent flow of creative assets
- Collaborate with senior managers to report on performance and ensure campaign success
- Provide insight-driven reports to clients with strategic feedback and learnings
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with Meta ads, preferably focusing on conversion-led campaigns
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Experience with TikTok and Pinterest ads is beneficial
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, ClickUp, and G-Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
