We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Analyst to drive app and desktop growth for our subscription-driven business.
Role Overview
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across various platforms, including Google’s Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA), to drive user acquisition and growth for our brands. You will focus on app platforms, ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with our subscription-based revenue model. This role reports to the Performance Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and implement app performance marketing strategies across UAC, ASA and other paid channels.
- Provide occasional support to desktop campaign management.
- Align marketing efforts with business goals to drive new subscription growth.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Lead to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Channel Management And Optimization
- Oversee performance marketing channels, including PPC, display, paid social, and more, with a focus on app and desktop platforms.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve conversions, target CPA and maximize ROI.
- Identify and test new marketing channels and tactics for user acquisition.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to refine marketing strategies and double down on growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics relevant to subscription growth.
Collaboration And Coordination
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and engineering, to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with product development and user experience.
Budget Management
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels and platforms.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize impact and achieve growth targets.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven track record in performance marketing, with experience in app user acquisition. (Experience in desktop marketing is a nice-to-have)
- Expertise in PPC, display advertising, social media marketing, and other performance channels.
- Experience in subscription-driven businesses, with a focus on optimizing for CPA and scaling marketing efforts.
- Experience in app mobile networks is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel).
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
