Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for crypto? My client, a rapidly growing crypto exchange, is seeking a dynamic Paid Media Manager to lead data-driven marketing efforts, scale user acquisition, and maximize ROI in the fast-paced world of digital assets.
Your role
As the Paid Media Manager, you’ll spearhead performance marketing campaigns across global markets. With a focus on driving conversions and customer growth, you’ll ensure every dollar spent delivers measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute high-performing campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic platforms.
- Growth Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns for improved ROI, CAC, and LTV.
- Global Expansion: Adapt strategies to target new markets and audience segments worldwide.
- Campaign Management: Oversee budgets, bids, and creatives to align with business growth goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, and Tableau to track, measure, and report on performance metrics.
- Cross-Channel Synergy: Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align campaigns with brand messaging and product objectives.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor crypto trends, competitor strategies, and platform innovations to remain competitive.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5–8 years in performance marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing metrics and making data-backed decisions.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong command of ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic tools.
- Crypto Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto markets.
- ROI-Focused: Proven success in scaling campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
