About the Role
We are looking for passionate, innovative individuals to help us tell our story and grow our TOMS.com business through impactful digital marketing strategies. As a Digital Media Coordinator at TOMS, you’ll be at the forefront of driving customer engagement and conversion while supporting our mission of giving back to communities around the globe.
As a Digital Media Coordinator – Paid Social, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic and data-driven digital media campaigns that drive conversion through brand-right messaging on TOMS.com. You’ll focus on optimizing digital media campaigns across major platforms to drive traffic, increase conversions, and expand TOMS’ customer base. Your creative approach, paired with your ability to analyze data, will help scale TOMS’ digital footprint and further our commitment to social good.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Campaign Support & Management: Assist in implementing performance-driven digital media strategies across our paid social channels: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. Ensure campaigns are leveraging performance metrics to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Audience Segmentation & Optimization: Support segmentation strategy by identifying and segmenting profitable user cohorts to target with precision. Implement data-driven optimization strategies to maximize lifetime value (LTV), return on investment (ROI), and overall campaign performance.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and customer retention. Compile actionable insights to ensure campaigns are hitting objectives and contributing to TOMS’ growth.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Support A/B testing initiatives for keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to refine and improve campaign performance. Help implement findings from A/B testing to optimize campaigns in real time.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for digital media campaigns and ensure TOMS’ marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive. Review industry trends to stay ahead of the curve in digital marketing best practices.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience running performance-based advertising campaigns across paid social channels: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
- Experience using data visualization tools to interpret and present findings
- A creative and analytical thinker with the ability to generate and test new ideas that help TOMS connect with and engage our customers.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy across campaigns and reports.
- Eagerness to identify challenges and propose solutions with guidance from the team.
- A genuine enthusiasm for TOMS’ mission and a commitment to making kindness in business a standard.

- This is a Direct Hire role with a target annual salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 ($31.25/hr - $36.06/hr), depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on the company's performance
