Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will lead your clients and projects and will be responsible for their daily management. You love to coordinate various online, offline and social projects from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning. You meet deadlines, coordinate workflow and overcome any difficulties by finding solutions during the project, keeping your Account Director and/or Business Leader informed throughout.
Last but not least, you are able to build strong relationships and foster a good team spirit with both clients and members of the agency to bring great ideas and creative work to life.
About you
- Fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing -- knowledge of Dutch is a big plus
- 5-6 years’ experience – deep expertise in digital & direct marketing incl. activations, broad experience in ATL and global campaigns
- Comfortable in growing senior client relationships and business
- Skillful project management – expert at defining the scope of a project, delivering on time and on budget
- Strong organizational skills and detail-orientated
- Enthusiastic and curious team player
- Good communicator
- Proven experience in managing team members
- Hands on, flexible and open to work in an agile environment
- You master a range of presentation techniques to inspire the client and sell creative work
- You have an understanding of the financial forecast/overview of your clients
