OverviewWhat will you do?
The Account Manager is a key player in our account team.Reporting to the Account Director, they will be responsible for the day-by-day operations and overall coordination for two global clients. You will manage communication projects from brief to the execution, working together with key people during different stages of projects (strategy, creation, production). You will also collaborate with teams working abroad at regional hub offices.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day with clients, including organizing client meetings and presentations; you’ll work closely with a producer to prepare estimates and ensure timely delivery of the proposed solutions – on budget: You’ll maintain clear, regular communication with both client and internal teams regarding your projects; you’ll build relationships to ensure that your clients and agency teams trust you and love working with you.
You will handle international projects, relevant in both global perspective and local necessities, and you will ensure consistency within the different projects around the world.
You will collaborate with the Groupe, as stakeholders at groupe level are involved for our global clients.
Finally, you will support the Global Account Director in working with other agencies, like the on-line, below-the-line, media and PR partners.
QualificationsWho are you?
· Account Manager with at least 5 years of experience, part of which should be ‘international’ managing regional or Global Accounts.
· Track record in regional (if not global) advertising development for multinational clients, understanding the politics of multi-market campaign development and managing the dynamics involved.
· Experience in advertising agencies is a must.
· Experience in managing and coordinating multiple markets and an understanding of different cultures.
· Client-facing' i.e. experienced in managing the clients.
· Resilient to a multiple-client interface and the issues involved.
· In addition, experience in integrated communication development (through-the-line thinking) and managing multi-disciplinary teams would be invaluable.
· HBO/university level education.
· Experience in working effectively with creative teams on concept development.
· Expressive, lucid, fluent in written and spoken English
· Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
· A peoples person
· Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
